4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. The contract is concluded as soon as you complete the checkout process and receive a confirmation (e.g. order confirmation/payment confirmation).

5. Prices, Taxes, Payment Processing

The prices stated in the checkout at the time of the order apply.

Payment processing is carried out via Ablefy or the payment providers offered there. The terms of the payment service providers also apply.

6. Delivery / Provision of Digital Content

Provision usually takes place within 5 minutes after successful payment via email (e.g. download link, access data or instructions). Details result from the respective product offer.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Information can be found in the separate withdrawal policy on the website (if available).

Important notice for digital content:
If you expressly consent that execution begins before the withdrawal period expires and confirm your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal right expires according to statutory provisions.

8. Usage Rights / License

With the purchase you receive a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the respective digital product, exclusively for personal use, unless otherwise stated.

  • No reproduction beyond intended use.
  • No reverse engineering / decompiling / bypassing protection mechanisms where legally permissible.

9. Prohibited Use

Any use that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights or impairs system security/availability is prohibited. Automated access, scraping, checkout/form abuse or manipulations are forbidden.

10. No Profit Promise / Responsible Gaming
